Delicately candied chestnuts from Le Roy René in Provence, a fine Christmas confectionery that has stood the test of time.

After harvest, the chestnuts are wrapped in a fine muslin cloth to preserve their tenderness, resting patiently before being candied.

For 10 days they are gently infused in a sugar syrup and natural vanilla from Madagascar, revealing all their natural sweetness and aromatic richness.
