We're pleased to offer a Same Day and Next Day courier service across many London postcodes, seven days a week. Please use the postcode search at checkout to see if we offer this service in your area.

As soon as you place your order with us we receive a notification and begin packing and scheduling your delivery.

You can choose a delivery day and time slot at checkout using our calender.

You will receive text message alerts once your order is on the way.

It's important to make sure you are available to receive your courier delivery when placing an order.

If you are unavailable when the courier arrives, we may have to charge you the cost of delivery, the return journey and any subsequent redeliveries.

You will receive text message updates once your order is on the way so please keep your phone on loud and close by.

Placing a Click & Collect order allows you to skip the queue and reserve groceries for collection later in the day.

As soon as you place your order with us we receive a notification and start packing. If there are any issues with your order we'll give you a quick call or text.

Your order will usually be ready for collection within 1 hour and we'll always send you an email when it's ready.

Please make sure to check our closing times on the day you place your order. Any orders placed when we are closed will be made available when we reopen.

We ship across the United Kingdom using a tracked Next Day courier service with Royal Mail at a cost of £6.95.

This service provides text message and email updates in transit and options for redelivery if you miss your shipment.

We use minimal brown kraft cardboard and paper to pack your goods and try to avoid using bubble wrap unless absolutely necessary.

We can only ship long life products that don't require refrigeration. Unfortunately we cannot ship any fresh produce, including; cheese, dairy, uncooked meat, smoked salmon, fruits and vegetables.

In order to preserve the integrity of your produce we ship orders from Tuesday to Friday only. This allows us to avoid any unnecessary delays in transit over weekend periods.

Orders placed between midnight on Thursday, and midnight on Sunday will be dispatched on Tuesday at the earliest.
