Our approach to selecting the cheese we sell at General Store stems from the question; 'What is tasting good?'. This is because cheese is living, variable and highly seasonal.
And so it goes when it comes to the cheddar we stock, some weeks we might be piled high with grassy and mellow Hafod from Wales, and the next it will be tropical and spicy Lincolnshire Poacher.
