From the Minervois in the Languedoc, master Burgundian winemaker Anne Gros and her husband Jean-Pault Tollot have come together to make wine from southern french grapes, Grenache, Syrah & Carignan with care, skill, and attention to detail, resulting in a delicate and refined quality.

The vines are up to 50 years old which gives this wine concentration and stylish tannins.

Unoaked, it has ripe, dark fruit notes of cherry and plum, with a mineral streak. Precise and fresh.
