A darkly-coloured, softly sparkling rosé. The modest residual sugar adds to the complexity of this incredible bottle. Super fresh and packed with red berry aromas. Lightly sparkling and a soft finish. At only 9.5 percent alcohol it's dangerously easy drinking!
Ze Bulle is made by a unique and original method which was invented by Philippe Gourdon of Château La Tour Grise. All the carbon gas and all the aromas generated during the fermentation process are recharged into the wines before bottling.
A blend of 70% Cabernet Franc, 15% Grolleau Noir and 15% Gamay from biodynamically farmed vineyards.
