Award winning organic olive oil from the foothills of the Luberon in Provence. Exclusively imported by General Store - only 700 bottles were produced from the 2020 harvest.

The early harvest ensures a fruité vert olive oil, with distinctive artichoke and raw almond notes. 

It is silky yet complex, thanks to the blend of mostly Aglandau trees known for their resistance to harsh cold winters mixed with Cayon and Bouteillan varieties, mainly used as pollinators.
