A classic emulsified bratwurst style sausage made with Coombeshead Farm middlewhite pork and plenty of very fine pepper.

As per most Eastern European style sausages, these contain no breadcrumbs, just pork and spices. The sausages are gently poached and ready to be simply roasted or grilled. Ideal with pickles and mustard. Would make for a fine hotdog.
