Antonio Mattei's biscuits have been baked daily in the town of Prato since 1858.
Using the same recipe, in the same rooms of their historic Tuscan biscuit factory, each cantucci is carefully baked, cut and packed by hand, as they have been for over 150 years.
Presented here in an iconic miniature reusable hat box, these crunchy, delicate biscuits are filled with Italian almonds and pine nuts, and make for a wonderful gift.
