These sculptural and beautiful bronzes from Pomarius are now available to buy on our online shop. Truly wonderful and unique, they marry the delicacy of fresh produce - the fleeting perfection of form and texture, with the heavy permanence of bronze. Magic. 

We have a very limited amount of these bronzes. The pictures related to each variety are a guide only, as every one is truly different. The images do, however, convey the sense, colour and patina of each variety.

About: Pomarius is an ongoing collaborative project led by the artist Alice Andrea Ewing. The resulting works are bronze direct casts of the produce of gardens, historical locations and ancient trees in the UK. 

Each work is completely unique, produced through an adaption of the Italian Lost Wax casting process. The resulting bronze works are direct translations of the original organic specimens, capturing every detail and curiosity of form. 

Pomarius collections are seasonal, the result of collaborations with locations and the individuals caring for these sites. New collections are cast each year and are limited by the nature of the process.
