Carroll’s Heritage Potatoes is a small family business based in beautiful rural North Northumberland at Tiptoe Farm.

Lucy and Anthony Carroll and their team work hard to grow harvest, pack and distribute approximately 14 unique varieties of Heritage Potatoes specially grown to provide potatoes of gourmet eating quality – excellent flavours, textures, colours and shapes.

Mayan Gold - A very rich golden coloured floury flesh with a renowned moreish flavour. They are unique as they are the first potato in the UK from the indigenous Phureja potatoes of Peru. Roast, Chip or Steam for mash.

Pink Fir -  A unique potato with their longer, famously knobbly shape, and a distinctive nutty flavour. They are pink skinned with a waxy yellow coloured flesh. Delicious hot or cold in salads. Originally, they were imported to the UK from France in 1850. Boil, Roast or Sauté.

Aura - A pretty, pale yellow potato, renowned for wonderful flavour with a waxy texture, and firm cooking characteristics. They have an interesting and eye catching half-moon shape. Bake or Roast.
